"Waren im Oktober 25 in dieser Villa und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Zwei 5 köpfige Familien auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen mit seperatem Eingang. Herrlicher Garten und grosszügige Umgebung. In 2 Gehminuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand von lu Impostu. Auf der Veranda hat man sogar ei wenig Meerblick. Nicoletta war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat rasch reagiert. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay at the lovely VRBO home of Silvana and Stefano! The experience in the Village of Lu Fraili was so comfortable, and offered the opportunity to live like the locals do. The home had everything we needed, inside and out. Along with the many beautiful beaches nearby, we loved seeing the sun rise over the mountains as we enjoyed morning coffee, and sunning in the lounge chairs.The location is very convenient, with multiple restaurants and markets nearby.Our Hosts, Silvana and Stefano, were very kind! They were available if we had any questions and suggested restaurants for us. We would definitely stay at this home again!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Karex sehr genossen. Wir waren 11 Personen und hatten genügend Platz in dieser Villa. Die Villa war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Pool und der Garten sind sehr gross und ein Traum. Das beste ist die Lage der Villa - innerhalb von 3 Minuten Fussweg ist man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Auch die Betreuung durch Sardinia Unlimited war sehr gut. Wir können die Villa Karex und auch Sardinia Unlimited uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen."

"Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible around check in and out - much appreciated. As mentioned to Chiara there are a few areas for improvement. A villa manual would help with finding/operating things including the satellite tv as the intro to the villa by the housekeeper is very quick and in Italian. The contents of the kitchen cupboards and equipment need a complete overhaul- many multiples of some items (seems like a catering store) and insufficient others eg water glasses, sharp knives. Some items eg table coverings, damaged cutlery need replacing. All in all however a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Thank you!"

"We needed to stay at this property, with just one day's notice to the host. Aleesia made quite an effort to have her home ready for us, and even allowed early check in for use of the WIFI for a remote business meeting. The kitchen is well stucked with cook ware, plates and cutlery. There was 1 wine glass, 6 mugs and 2 cereal bowls. It was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners on the patio with the amazing view. Indoor-Outdoor living at it's finest. The home is attached to another via one wall. We heard nothing while in the home, but when in the backyard could hear children playing, and whining (!) in the yard next door. This was periodic, not continuous. Since the house sleeps 7, we thought that it would have more than two loungers in the backyard to comfortably recline and enjoy the view. But there were just 2. Wifi was perfect. Washing machine was a blessing. The recyling program is complex. I found the instructions on the internet. The communication before we moved in was great, but after was not so great. Any question or problem we contacted the owner for, we were told to contact her house manager. We tried to call, what's app and text him with either no answer or no reply. He does not speak English and we do not speak Italian, so even if he replied, it would have been difficult at best. But this all melts away with the most glorious nearby beaches!
