"Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. I have never left a bad review in my life, but this could not go unsaid. We booked this hotel for 3 nights for just about 1000 euro. It was a splurge, but we justified it because the booking said 3 different times about their lovely rooftop terrace. We were excited! Upon arrival they said there is no rooftop terrace, despite our booking claiming multiple times there was. On top of this deceit, a cleaner never came. We had to buy our own toilet paper, wash our own cups, and share 1 key between the two of us. Absolutely pathetic, and will be demanding a partial refund for not only the lies and false advertising, but also for the complete lack of help, respect, and basic hotel decency."
