"Really good place to stay and enjoy "

"About the only thing nice about this place is the size of the units and kitchen. It is obviously a condo building converted to hotel rooms but the property is nowhere near what you expect from a normal hotel experience. Also, leave 20 minutes to get up or down the elevator. It's a pathetic Operation and staff is nearly non existent. Security is rude. Beds are horrible. I would not stay here again when I go back to fort Lauderdale and even if it's a few hundred dollars less than a hotel across the street, not worth the few hundred you will save and you will wish you just paid a little more and picked an actual hotel. Not a condotel"

"This hotel is beautiful. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Across the street from the beach. It's also in a convenient location with affordable breakfast and lunch options within walking distance and even a Wal-Mart!"

"Clean room, nice property. There's a $50 per day hold placed on your account. If you drive the parking garage is $32 +tax each night you park. There's no free parking close by. The mall is 1 mile up the road. "

"We had a good overall stay at this vacation rental. The unit looked exactly like it did in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, so no surprises there. The view was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby.That said, we did run into a few issues with the building itself. The elevators were inconsistent and sometimes slow, and our interactions with the front desk staff and building management weren’t always the most pleasant or helpful.On a positive note, the host was fantastic. Communication was stellar from start to finish; quick, clear, and very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. That really helped balance out some of the building-related frustrations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit itself, especially for the views and location, but just be aware of a few potential hiccups with the building amenities and staff."
