Beach Hotels & Resorts in Golden Circle from AU$162

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was our towel warmer was not working. Breakfast was lovely and parking was included which was great.

Nice place!

We have just stayed at the stunning Blue Mountain Apartments. Everything was wonderful. The view from our loungeoom and bedroom looking over the amazing blue mountains was breathtaking. The apartment was spotless, modern and comfortable. The thing that makes this hotel so great is the amazing Johanna. From the beginning we were treated to fantastic Icelandic hospitality. Nothing was too much to ensure that our stay in was perfect. Her knowledge of Icelandic tourism and culture is unrivalled....

We loved our stay here. We stayed 3 nights in May 2026. It is on the marina with beautiful views. It’s a shirt walk to lots of local cafes and eateries and around 10-15 mins to the centre of Reykjavik for shopping and bars. Just a 5 minute walk from bus stop 4 which is where we got picked up for tours and the airport. Would highly recommend!

Good place to stay if you arrive later in the evening to KEF. Clean, quite rooms

Such good hospitality, loved staying here. We had a car so getting around was easy. The staff are so lovely to talk to and they recommended some great places to eat. The room is small but the bed is so comfy, one of the best sleeps I had.

Check in was quick and smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Helpful staff. Great location. Nice rooms

Good value and location, and the room was quite spacious and warm in winter. However, the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Do note that the showers have a sulphur smell (though I believe most places in the area's hot water has the same smell). Enjoyed the place and loved having the kitchen.

Really glad we stayed here. Check in was a breeze. Room was large and modern and comfortable. Had a kitchenette and complimentary milk, juice, cereal, tea/coffee. Hotel is easy for tour bus pick up. Dining and shopping is only a few meters away. Close and walkable to downtown central Reykjavik. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Stayed at the Urban Deluxe Twin Room and was upgraded to a corner room which was quiet and away from the main road. The room was very spacious and luxurious with all amenities provided. The only negative was the shower area had some mould on the tiles (perhaps require a bit more cleaning). The hotel is located only 3 mins walk to Bus Stop 4 Miðbakki which serves as a convenient and accessible departure point for day tours and airport pick-ups / drop-offs. It is also within 10-15 mins walking...

My stay here was amazing!! Would fully recommend it - the view is mesmerising by day and night - I didn’t want to leave the room!! The toiletries smell beautiful and the design is beautiful- it just felt so luxurious. It’s an easy walk to where everything is at - I just couldn’t fault it. Don’t expect hotel facilities cos it’s not. They don’t have a gym, a pool or a laundry.

The location was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great but there were quite a lot of steps to get to our room. Also, tea bags were provided but no kettle to boil water. Minor details in an otherwise very nice hotel.

Very comfortable stay with extra Christmas touches.

We had the family room and it was extremely spacious. Sofa bed in one room with little kitchenette and stove and microwave with tv and sitting area, and adjoining master bedroom also very spacious
