For the more adventurous, you can tackle one of the many rainforest walks available on Tamborine Mountain, or head down to NSW and Mt Warning. Visit one of Australia's Best Surf clubs North Cliff. This is a 5 minute drive or 2km walk .
Whether you get along for a meal or a couple of beers with some mates, surf clubs are a favourite with locals and dish up well-priced meals in comfortable surrounds. The walls of most clubs are lined with photos of lifesavers in budgie smugglers giving a good insight into the history of the club and its members. - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must
sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from
Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately.

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used

QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.

In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
