Coastal living at it’s best with a downstairs ensuited master bedroom and separate games room away from the living areas. This home has been designed to give you that coastal living feel so you can really relax in luxury at your home away from home and enjoy the best of the Gold Coast living.

    All indoor and outdoor spaces have been specifically designed with the discerning holiday maker in mind, where space and comfort are the leading design features of this very special holiday home. Sandy Cove has open plan living areas with views of the pool and waterfront across to the Broadbeach skyline. The living areas open out to the large outdoor entertaining area surrounding the pool giving you plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy waterfront living.

    There two living areas, an Entertainment Room with pool table and a study nook. The home is air-conditioned, has undercover off street parking and lawn area for the kids to play. This modern, contemporary kitchen is stylish and fitted out with a Nespresso coffee machine and all you need to be whip up a relaxing meal with the family! The outdoor space and BBQ is perfect for those lazy afternoons around the pool or you may like to use the catering service we recommend

Easy self check-in. House perfect for large family. Great location central to all that broadbeach has to offer.Kitchen was well supplied. Juat needs a decent can opener in there that one is unusable haha.

Luxurious holiday house, but very comfy & prime positioning to Pacaific Fair shops.. The entire stay was thoroughly enjoyed by family & friends....Elite were great to deal with & very friendly...Waking up with a view of the Canal every morning was very relaxing. I have one problem and that is that we should have stayed longer.....thank you for everything

Things to consider. Great space. Plenty of room for a big group. Nice tidy decor. Team are accommodating where possible. Good to have a pool. But a cold pool is not always inviting. Better to have stayed in a resort. House could have been more tidier. Had issues but we won’t leave detail feedback on here. Outdoor pool furniture a bit weathered and sun beaten. Broke once sat one. Our family member got impaled. Was not good. You think after paying top dollar for high end accommodation you would get decent further. Communication was good. Cleaning bill was a bit high. Would have been better in a hotel or resort.

Excellent property for relaxation and shopping

If you are looking for spacious house for quiet relaxing time then look no further. The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with large BBQ area next to swimming pool and look out to the river. It's only 5 minutes from Pacific Fair Shopping so that the women can enjoy the shopping while the men can stay home and enjoy the BBQ. The kitchen is very well equiped for large group thus all you have to do is dashed out to the shop to buy food and enjoy the BBQ at home. The house can be more attractive if the swimming pool is heated so that guests can enjoy the pool all year round. Overall, the property is highly recommended and we would definitely comeback next time in Gold Coast. Special thanks to the Elite Holiday Homes (Angie, Karen and Kylie) who make the process so easy for us to book and check-in the place.

Great House Location, beware of midgies!

Beautiful home, perfect if you have a large family group staying together! Close to shops and places to eat out. Beach is just up the road. Swimming pool to enjoy and beautiful location. The only negative I have is that we thought perhaps there was something in the bedding that was giving everyone a bad rash, scratching and uncomfortable sleeping. We were provided with a report to say that it was most likely midgies. So something to be aware of, each of us were bitten quite severely. All in all e had a great stay!

Perfect house for 2 families.

Beautiful house, in a quiet position, but close to everything. Our children loved the house, the space, the wildlife that visited in the canal each day.... We had a fabulous time relaxing and enjoying the Gold Coast lifestyle.

Tremendous house in a tremendous location

Sandy cove, was perfect for us. Great location as it's very close to Pacific fair and broadbeach, yet located in a quiet street. The house was huge with all new fixtures and fittings. The team who welcomed us at the home was also friendly and welcoming and gave us the ins and outs of what's what around the home and was able to assist us. The whole experience was above and beyond expections.

Brand new property, well designed, great location

We stayed at Sandy Cove for New Year 2016 and had a great time. The house is brand new, it is well designed, kid friendly and comfortable. It is located a 3 minute drive to Pacific Fair shopping centre, and 9 mins to the beach. Only negative thing is that the (new) fixed BBQ is located in a breezy position and wont stay lit if it is windy. Thoroughly recommend this proprty, we would stay again.

Aa amazing as it looks!

Incredible. We are return customers after staying in a different home with Elite last year and could not be happier. The ease of booking, services and checking in were great not to mention the house! Close to everything, new, clean and amazing! Within walking distance to the beach, Broadbeach precinct and Pacific Fair this place has it all! Highly Recommend.
