Apartment aging but was perfect for our bucks party. Had all the essentials and room enough for a small group. Manager was awesome and responded quickly to requests.
stayed with children and grandchildren. Lots of space for all. Amazing views and right on tram line so transport a breeze.
No restaurant on site and pool bar has limited hours.
Pool was good and beach close by. Check in very simple

This was perfect for our family/friends of 6. Huge rooms, amazing views of the ocean and inland.It was exactly as advertised and then some. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the access to the ocean or pools, breakfast on site was a great option. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Check out the shopping market on Wed/Fri/Sat. Great finds!
A short walk to the centre of Surfers, but far enough away to miss much of the noise. A very easy walk to the beach and tram stop.
Curtains in master bedroom don’t block out sunrise, so we found opening wardrobe door near window so the sun didn’t reflect off it was an easy fix.
Kitchen cooktop was a little dirty, but we ate out for our short weekend trip. Everyone was happy with the accommodations.

Needs updating
The apartment needs updating as everything looks old, worn and grubby.
Size of the apartment and the views from the main area are good.
Great location close to the beach and only 10-15 minutes walk to the best restaurants in Surfer’s Paradise. There is a breakfast buffet option that is decent at the restaurant on the premise, but no lunch or dinner option. My kids (9 and 12) loves the pools and water slides - there is even a little beach area adjacent to the main outdoor pool. The view from the 32nd floor was amazing - although there is a hi-rise Meritor building being constructed that may obstruct the beach/ocean view in the future. Apartment was clean, but could use a remodeling as the furniture and amenities were quite worn and dated. But, with the beach, pool, amusement parks, tours, etc., we didn’t spend much time in the apartment during our stay. All in all, convenient location and clean property.

Great location, very spacious and easy check-in and check-out a process. One designated car park space, and very responsive communication :) highly recommend this accommodation.
The location is perfect, next to the beach, tram, Food etc. The view was amazing. Check-in and out was super easy. Do recommend.

Wow! The views are amazing and the space was perfect! Wish we could have spent a little longer here, didn't expect to walk in to a beautiful space with amazing views.

A wonderful apartment with stunning views on the 32nd floor.
The property manager was very responsive and was there in less than 15mins when we had a problem.
Crockery and saucepans could do with replacing.
NOTE - the property is not part of Mantra, and does not have front desk support eg they will not mind your luggage after you check out.

Needs cleaning and furniture old
We were all really disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The rubber on the screens in both showers were grimy and dirty. There were other peoples hair on the floor, dirt under the furniture, dirt under cushions on the lounge suite and the microwave when we arrived. One of the single beds smelled. The furniture was old and chipped and one of the arms on the lounge suite was totally broken. This was not how the pictures looked at all.
We had the best time at this wonderful unit. First, we met Henry during the check in process. He was very friendly and showed us all around the complex, taught us how to use the key fobs, where to park, and gave a thorough tour of the unit. This was super helpful as we had almost a week here.
The place was fully stocked which seems harder to come by these days. We had plenty of extra towels, beach towels, and extra paper towels. Even though we had ten people, we felt very comfortable. Everything worked properly except for the hair dryer holder which fell off in the middle of the night. We had one incident where a three year old locked the bedroom door from the outside and we couldn't get back in. Henry promptly came up with a tool cart to help out. Additionally, we left something of value there when we checked out and he helped by getting in touch with housekeeping and posting it to us. Talk about going above and beyond!
Lastly, the view! You are very high up and can see so much. We even saw the fireworks on NYE from the comfort of our balcony. Very lucky to have found this gem! Thanks.
