The good: Good location, 14 beds if that is what you are after, Host slow to respond but did.The bad: Got access codes an hour before we arrived, very stressful. We’ve been let in by the building manager who only had grief about this unit, only one fob key (access to elevator, 28th floor), every exit had to be coordinated, if lost could no longer get in. No Wi-Fi despite being advertised. Nothing that could be fixed within 24 hours of our arrival. Unacceptable health and safety standards: no smoke alarm, glass kitchen door threatening to fall apart any time touch, cleanliness unacceptable, bedding not clean, thick dust all around, sticky Kitchen bench, kitchen equipment below par, 2 toasters, none working, 4 mismatch glasses, filthy oven, clutter in laundry and all balconies, unsafe / unstable furniture. We would have preferred to send an email to the Host & Stayz to discuss / report privately but not an option.
