Ocean Plaza 1466 is located on the 14th floor and offers stunning views from Fingal Head and Cook Island in the south, over the Tweed River and the Gold Coast hinterland and out to the Pacific Ocean.
The unit is very spacious and has been modernised throughout.
The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher has everything you need to cook and entertain while on holidays or you can head down to try the countless dining options Coolangatta has to offer with direct access to the Strand shopping centre.
The cool, tiled lounge room offers complete comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, Foxtel and WiFi.
The private beachfront balcony offers some of the best views on the Coast- enjoy captivating sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the stunning Gold Coast Hinterland.
The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite). The master bedroom offers queen sized bed, ensuite with walk in shower, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and both bedrooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Both bedrooms also offer stunning views and refreshing coastal breezes.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. The apartment is bang on the middle of Coolangatta, close to Cooly and Kirra beaches and all shops and restaurants which was an added bonus. The apartment however is outdated and the curtains in the rooms do not fully close, so if you value your sleep and the light bothers you and your kids, dont book this apartment. This was an absolute pain for all of us and impacted our holiday because no one was able to sleep in. Issues raised with the property agent about the curtains during our stay were not resolved in a timely manner. We will DEFINITELY NOT book this place again.
A very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Easy access to beach, shops and cafes. Ideal for a family of 4. Was a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness on arrival and the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would have expected. Overall a very enjoyable stay

We loved our stay here, there was only a couple of things I would like to provide feedback on. The wifi did not work well at all, there wasn’t an option to make the second bedroom from twin beds to a double or queen bed but apart from this we were very happy with our stay.
Brilliant location and views. Perfectly set up for a family of 4. Amenities were great. Beds were pretty uncomfortable unfortunately but everything else was good. Wifi, Foxtel and A/C. 2 bathrooms. Convenient for shops, beach, parking and restaurants. Would recommend....4/5
