⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

⚠️ A refundable bond of 500$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.

View was nice, room wasn’t very clean upon arrival, few things were broken like the knob on the dryer the pull handles on the windows in 1 of the rooms, the room really wasn’t worth the price we paid, but made the most of theHoliday, roomNeeds a lot of workAnd needs to be maintained better
