The property was a delightful size and was excellent with the amount of roller beds if you had a large group. Unfortunately we had paid extra to use a rollaway and then linen was not provided until we asked for it. There was almost empty rolls left in the unit with no spares, so we did not have enough toilet paper to last overnight after arriving late in the afternoon. The place was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait an extra hour but we were very grateful to receive a late checkout instead. The carpet was sticky and had stains as did the lounge chair. There was minimal provisions in the kitchen. Only two white wine glasses. The building is unclean. The windows near the lift are disgusting with dirty windows, cobwebs and dead bugs. The spa was wonderful! Wonderful location with an easy walk to the beach and all the joys of Cavill Ave. also handy having Woolworths in the complex.
