Comes fully furnished with everything you'll need! Large Living room and master bed/ bath! Front porch with a swing, back porch with a table and chairs. Great location near the amazing Chocolate Factory and Dixon Springs State Park with a waterfall you can drive to, a swimming pool, 2 playgrounds, Ghost Dance Canyon, and hiking/ biking trails that access Lake Glendale and more. Wheelchair friendly there is a step into the front door but there is a ramp to the front porch and a wheel chair can get to any room in the house. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
