Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception.

Vou pontuar o que precisa ser melhorado: 1- café da manhã. Muito fraco e frutas sempre repetidas. Café extremamente forte, parece uma tinta. 2- Wi-Fi nas funciona a mais de mês. A gerente regional este na unidade e não resolveu esse problema. No site fala que tem Wi-Fi mas não falam que não está funcionando. 3- Janelas velhas e sujas. Precisam de manutenção urgente. 4- Piso dos apartamentos é muito feio. Mal cuidado. 5- Lençóis e toalhas sujas, rasgadas e velhas. 6- TV 📺 muito antiga. Nem canal fechado tem. 7- Porta 🚪 de alguns apartamentos precisam de reparo urgente. É de na dó a situação. 8- Preço da diária diretamente com o hotel e mais cara que nas plataforma. Isso parece ferir o CDC. A Central de reservas parece ver isso como normal. Coisa mais indecorosa.

O valor da diária é razoável para o que é oferecido. O hotel está muito bem localizado e durante o dia dá para fazer muitas coisas a pé. Tem vários shoppings por perto e ponto de ônibus nos arredores. Alguns restaurantes por perto também. A equipe do hotel está de parabéns pela presteza no atendimento. A gerente da unidade é muito gentil e resoluta. Pena que a equipe da Central de Resevas de Santa Catarina não está nem aí para o hospede. Uma discrepância entre o atendimento dentro do hotel aqui em Goiânia e o atendimento da Central sobredita. O Café da manhã é bem básico. Bem padrão dessa rede. Mas tudo bem gostoso aqui na unidade de Goiânia. O apartamento tem muitos problemas, a começar pelo chão e pelas paredes. Tudo velho, sujo e encardido. O esgoto do banheiro 🚻 do apartamento que fiquei vive com mau cheiro. Nem adianta falar pra eles que isso não é resolvido. A cameira nem sempre lava o banheiro e o box. Falei várias vezes e nada foi feito. Se está insatisfeito com o salário ou com a função, melhor pedir demissão.
