"The hotel we stayed in was the Port MacNeill hotel (operated by The Sportsman Inn). It was rather dated looking. It needed a good cleaning in places (esp. where the coffee supplies are kept) and around the window panes where mould was present. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking spaces. Good for a one night stay."

Staff at front desk were excellent, has a liquor store, some snacks for sale as well as a basic free breakfast. If you're here for work and not a vacation, this is definitely the best cost-effective option."

The space itself was cozy, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind.We especially loved exploring the area — the hikes were beautiful, and the scenery everywhere you turn is just incredible. It’s one of those places that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and really appreciate where you are.A perfect little getaway if you love the ocean, nature, and a cozy place to come back to at the end of the day.
