"The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome and recommended a few different restaurants and markets. We were there for four nights and will probably be back! "

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."
