"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."

"Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Toilets that can only be flushed once per hour or they break. Staff that is rude and unhelpful. A valet “service” where the Valet takes multiple 1 hour breaks per shift, leaving the street before the hotel flooded with cars and other angry guests. Don’t come here."

"Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize the reviewers were right. The breakfast was pretty good though. For the price of the breakfast, I would’ve rather been at any other hotel. I regretted my choice very quickly and kept telling my husband, “Never again!” There was an employee we passed in the hall who explained how the elevator worked. He was nice."
