"We liked our stay very much. The owner is really nice and friendly, the area is pleasant and secure. 100m from a tram stop that takes you to the center of Athens (takes about 45-50 mins). Also plenty of good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Secure roofed parking. Great value for the money."

"Nach einer einwöchigen Rundreise über den Peloponnes haben wir zu dritt noch vier Tage in dieser FeWo drangehängt. Die Lage in Paleo Faliro war spitze. Fußläufig zum Meer und zur Tram, mit der man direkt zum Syntagma kam. Die Ausstattung ließ bei zu uns keine Wünsche offen. Nach den engen Hotelzimmern war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine hat uns dann auch wäschemäßig über die Zeit gerettet. Preis-Leistung top, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin auch. Jederzeit wieder."
