"When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Joy, attempted to overcharge us on the pet fee for a one night stay. When my wife politely corrected her, and showed her that Marriott’s website explicitly states the correct fee, she was very disrespectful and condescending. We asked for a manager we could talk to so that we could feel more comfortable with the check-in process and get our questions answered, and her reply was “you’re out of luck until Monday”. At this point my wife and I felt too uncomfortable to check in at this location, concerned for the safety of ourselves and our belongings. We were still charged for the stay. Completely unacceptable and shady business practices. "

"Love the location. Disappointed that the attached restaurant was under construction but did not affect the quality of our stay. Was also surprised that the back door entrance was not secured but still felt safe."

"The room was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen. The layout was a bit odd with the bed in the front and the kitchen in the back but otherwise it was great. Would be good for anyone that wants a bit more space than a traditional hotel room. "

"The view of Lake Geneva was amazing from the room's balcony, and even better at their outdoor patio facing the lake. We very much enjoyed the incredible sauna/hot tub/pool combination also."

"The quality was way below what I expected. The hotel was small, which is fine, but it was outdated. We had to switch the room the minute we arrived due to dirty/stained bedsheets. The place has potential but needs TLC! Shower needed mold removal and new shower heads."
