Desk staff were extremely helpful - I arrived early so they held my bags while I explored for the day, and when I came back to officially check in my bags were already in my room waiting for me. On checking in I was advised that I would be staying 'over the road". No great problems. Lauren (?) very friendly and efficient in giving helpful information. On arrival, I was blown away by what I had booked, plenty of room with a kitchen, very spacious sitting area and large bathroom with a shower. I only stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed the accommodation so much that I asked if it was available in January for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious, quiet and private, but just upside you door is every kind of convenience be it supermarket, chemist or eatery. ATM's within the block. The red double decker tour bus even picks up just two blocks up the Main Street. You could walk to Salamanca. The staff clean the rooms every day, always plenty of toilet paper, towels and extra pillows. Would stay here again without hesitation.
