Glen Willow Stadium Tours and Activities

We have stayed here several times previously and have always found the accommodation clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, this stay was a very different experience. The overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was mould in the bathroom grout, we encountered cockroaches, and the bathroom door did not close properly and was showing signs of rust. The carpet was old, heavily stained and appeared very dirty. There was also an unidentified substance underneath the bench on our floor. I’m not sure whether it was old food that had been missed during cleaning or something growing, but either way, it was extremely unpleasant and should have been picked up by housekeeping. The bedside tables were dusty and had hair on them, and the milk provided in our fridge was already off. Breakfast has also noticeably declined in quality compared with our previous stays. Given our positive experiences here in the past, this stay was particularly disappointing. The standard of cleanliness and maintenance was well below what we expected, and based on this experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation.

We had an absolute fabulous time at the b&b. The host Robin is very friendly and the breakfast she serves every morning is amazing!
