"I was traveling and decided to stay at the Hotel Broadalbin. It is a nicely restored 170+ yr old hotel with restaurant/bar on the main street in a small village. Had a nice chat with the owner. It has the feel of stepping back in time. All the rooms were restored a few years ago and have that 19th century feel, antique furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. I liked the smart Roku TV. I stayed there again the following week when i came back through. So much nicer than any of the chain hotels. "

"The room was comfortable for our short stay but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were beard trimmings around the sink and debris in the corner. Also there were signs that a mat had once been used inside of the tub that left a visible stain around it. "
