They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day. The staff at this hotel make it second to none! Amazing location away from the hussle of downtown, but the free shuttle bus to the train station makes everything so easy to access. We caught an uber to Disneyland, easy and cheap enough.
The rooms were clean, with kitchenette and great views out over the water.

The facilities in the Hotel are great. Good sized room, large King size double available, great views over the harbour. Two TVs, one in bedroom the other in sitting area.
It is not close to shops or MTR but there is a courtesy bus. I walked the 30 mns to Tsuen Wan Wesr MTR along walking track which was very pleasant.

This hotel is walking distance (indoors and air conditioned) from the airport, and the MTR station to the city. It is neat, clean and seems very well run.
I'd have no concern at all staying here again. I just wish we had more time to explore.

The free route B shuttle bus is the one I like most as it goes every two hours to Tsing Yi MTR where one can get dropped off or picked up by the route B shuttle bus from or to the hotel.
