"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, and the included breakfast was of high quality. The hotel’s shuttle service made our trip much more convenient. Staff member Wesker was especially helpful throughout our stay, providing plenty of useful information about both the hotel and the town. Highly recommend."

"Loved the view, the hotel, the restaurant, included breakfast, the indoor playground, the outdoor playground, the proximity to the train station, quality of the room. A little expensive overall but it felt worth it. The pool facilities are not part of the hotel. They're just privileges at the city pool which is a bit of a walk. That was the only disappointment."

"We loved staying in this cute hotel. Wengen is such a pretty town and Hotel Falken is a gem to add to the area. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast tasted amazing. We will come back soon! Our favorite part of the hotel was Charlie. We love you Charlie <3"

"Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen and interlaken! "
