"I had a chance to call reception as there were a couple of issues in my room during my stay. They sent staff immediately and sorted it out. It was so impressive. The free van service to the airport bus stop was helpful. Although the room was spacious, I am not sure about the cleanliness. The gym looks tired and needs renovation. Both cardio machines were almost broken. The weights of dumbells were limited. The yoga mats were too dirty to use. The location of the hotel is excellent. "

"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. "Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided.
