"Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was overpriced and nowhere near worth the money. The room was not clean, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the bathroom door was broken, making it difficult to use. Basic maintenance and housekeeping seemed completely neglected.
Customer service was also lacking, with little to no assistance available when issues were reported. For the price charged, I expected a comfortable and well-maintained hotel, but this was far from it.
I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. There are much better options available for the same price. Save your money and avoid the frustration."
"Cabin was larger than I expected and clean and quiet. Kitchenette was nice to have and had basic items to allow us to cook some meals.
My only complaint was parking was not reserved closed to our cabin."
"The Canyon Lodges are centrally located within Yellowstone. The best part of staying there is it is literally a 5 minute drive to get into Hayden Valley. Wildlife lovers paradise."
"Clean. Bathroom was recently renovated. It smelled nice!
Location was great. Pizza place across the street was lots of fun. There was live music and great pizza."
"Positives - located close to stores, shops, mall, restaurants, gas station, and most of all west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Check in clerk very pleasant.
Negatives: no cable TV as advertised , dried up lotion on vanity, toilet seat too old,"
