"No place to gather if you are with a group. Basic rooms with poor lighting. Reading lights built in to bed but did not work. Reported twice. No information on activities or weather and no internet so had no idea a snowstorm coming and we got caught in it. Only good choice is cafeteria and we’re out of most items. No gravy for biscuit ad gravy, no spoons , no milk for coffee. Every restaurant in the park was the same . They were out of everything we ordered. The central location was good and rooms clean. Wish we had stayed outside the park"
"Beds were a little hard for me. A/C fan barely ran. Fire pits were very nice for the evening. Location was great. Staff came quick to look at ac fan but not much they could do. Temps were nice outside so it wasn’t a big issue. Later in summer not so much. Nice place would stay again."
"It needs a lot of cleaning dust and cobwebs. And shower had soap scum and around toilet see urine and smell
Beds were ok. Linen clean. Night stand with light and plugs and 1USB
Had a sink with small counter in room
Small table with 2 chairs
Hair dryer and coffee maker and a fan
Bathroom had shower and toilet. Ceiling fan with heat option
No plastic trash liner Had a broom
Hard laminate flooring and No entrance Mat to wipe shoes so we bought one"
"We loved the wild life mounts. Felt like we were in a comfy hunting lodge. Rooms well laid out and comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room. It was very quiet, we hardly noticed the presence of other guests. Good hearty breakfasts."
"Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was overpriced and nowhere near worth the money. The room was not clean, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the bathroom door was broken, making it difficult to use. Basic maintenance and housekeeping seemed completely neglected.
Customer service was also lacking, with little to no assistance available when issues were reported. For the price charged, I expected a comfortable and well-maintained hotel, but this was far from it.
I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. There are much better options available for the same price. Save your money and avoid the frustration."
