"Nice hotels with great amenities. Loved that they had washer and dryer for free to use. But the wait did get long during peek hours. Loved that they had a computer and printer for use. I was able to use it to print papers from our realtor. No breakfast. Parking can be kind of difficult to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"room might need some updating, but overall it's pretty good. Nice front desk staff, dining room open late, which is so convenient for those who stay up late and want some drinks from the auto machine. There is also a hot tea and coffee station along the first-floor hallway; love it. Microwave in room, that is a plus. Breakfast included; somehow wish there were more to pick from. Overall, 8/10."

"Nice updated hotel. Comfy bed. Quiet. Front Desk staff and house keeping are friendly and efficient. Wasn't impressed by the breakfast. The Girl running it had no customer service skills. We skipped breakfast the next day. Curious if she spoke English and she definitely didn't like us, for no reason. We smile and welcome anyone we see. Thats the Tennessee way. She needs to go to charm school, or ask for a little kindness to your neighbor."
