"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."

Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was excellent and again the service was great."
