Amazing stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi

We had a lovely family holiday staying at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. All staff were very nice and accommodating. A welcome fruit platter and cake were a very nice touch from the resort. We will be back to stay here again in the near future. Ferry transfer was excellent

it was really a good stay.the price was not cheap but the whole experience is good. the beddings are at the 5 stars level, not like many other island hotel with some humid smell. the foods are great and services are very nice. it's perfect for a weekend getaway.

There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓

子供たちは海で遊んだり、バギーで遊んだり、プールで楽しんだりと大喜びでした。朝食は、ビッフェスタイルと、人数が少なかったためか、注文のスタイルとありましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 部屋に固形石鹸かハンドソープを置いてくれると更に評価があげられますね。 非常にエンジョイできたのでまた今度泊まりたいです。

Nice relaxing holiday !

Excellent place. The best part of the resort is the service and the staff. All the staff are welcoming, very friendly, polite, respectful, and eager to serve you. Mentioning some of the names I remember: Anisa, Frida, Firdaus - but regardless, they were all excellent. Ms. Nereng at the restaurant was exceptional. She arranged a dinner table for us right on the beach that made for a very memorable family dinner. The ATV riding and archery with our guide Dandy were really fun. The restaurant has vegetarian options and the staff is friendly enough to cater to special requests as well. This is a great place to chill and relax far from the madding crowd because the property is located far from the main city and is so spacious that you’re never on the midst of a crowd. There is a very small mall (Lagoi Bay Plaza) nearby, where there is a supermarket and some shopping (the HeloHelo cafe there is very nice). The resort offers a shuttle there and back. The villas themselves were also very comfortable and beautiful. The layout with a pool and a dining area beside is well-designed. The bathroom is large and has a nicely-designed bathtub. The private beach of the resort is clean and beautiful. There are bean bags placed on huge rocks for you to sit and enjoy the views. That is very thoughtful . There is a small bar area on the beach . The restaurant also faces the beach. Sunset is beautiful here !

家族で年越しをしました。 スタッフは皆親切で、英語も聞き取りやすく安心して滞在できました。 まだ新しく、設備は快適でした。 夜間の蚊に悩まされましたが、致命的ななマイナス点ではなかったです。夕暮れ前に窓は閉めた方がよいでしょう。 大晦日のディナービュッフェ(別料金)とカウントダウンの花火が催されましたが、ヴィラ内の小規模なもので、やかましすぎず、寂しすぎずで丁度良い雰囲気でした。 コストパフォーマンスは最高点です。 食事は最高点ではないものの、この滞在費を考えれば十分満足です。 フィードバックをとても大切にしているようで、それがよく生かされていました。 検討されているかたは是非お勧めします。 小学生の子供たちも広々としたヴィラに大満足の様子でした。

Great for privacy, but no atmosphere

This hotel is actually a collection of walled villas, several having their private pool. Most visitors during our stay remained inside those villas, barely coming out. It's great if you look for private time with your loved ones. The villas are great, the private pool is big enough to swim and the food is vary tasty (bring your drinks to save money, villas have a fridge). The compound is clean with nice gardening. The downside is that the whole place feels like a clinic, with barely anyone in sight - for instance, the beach was empty, as was the restaurant (most residents have their meal delivered to their villa). So if you look for a fun place, that's not where to go. Same for the nearby village that felt like a ghost town. I strongly recommend a day trip to the south of Bintan, outside of the secluded resort zone. It will give you a feel for the real Indonesian
