Schöner Aufenthalt in A Suara

Positiv: Schöne Lage, ruhig, toller Pool, Klimaanlage sehr gut bei hohen Außentemperaturen Negativ: Ständig Probleme mit stinkendem Abfluss, trotz Meldung an der Rezeption keine Hilfe, WLAN funktioniert kaum

Positiv: Hübsches kleines Ferienhaus mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage in sehr gepflegter Grünanlage. Rezeption sehr gut, aber mit eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten, zb. bei nächtlichen ruhestörenden Lärm aus direkten Nachbarhäusern! Negativ: Küche funktionell eingerichtet, aber sehr klein, wenig Geschirr. Schwaches Internet mit zeitweisen Ausfall im Haus. Anlage direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse zum Strand gelegen. Fahren wahrscheinlich nicht wieder in diese Ferienanlage.

Ordentliche FeWo mit Potential..

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war soweit angenehm und entspannt. Allerdings ist die große Ferienwohnung etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Vor allem die fehlenden Sitzgelegenheiten in der Wohnung wie Esstisch inkl. Stühle sowie Wohnzimmersessel sind zu bemängeln.Lediglich auf der TErrasse im Außenbereich war ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen vorhanden. Für vier Personen daher noch okay, bei sechs Personen eher schwierig.WLAN war nur rudimentär und nur auf an bestimmten Orten in der FeWo vorhanden.

Un accueil très sympathique, des personnels bienveillants, à l'écoute et toujours prêts à satisfaire nos demandes. Un seul point noir, la télé dont la réception est erratique, mais cela devrait rapidement être réglé. Merci beaucoup, un très bon souvenir sur cette côte orientale.

Schade...Anlage von außen Top...innen ein Flop...

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Leider hatten wir im Haus den Eindruck das wir seit langem die ersten Urlauber waren. Es lagen tote Fliegen auf dem Boden und das Bad war dreckig. Außerdem stank der Abfluss der Dusche. Wir haben nach Ankunft erstmal 1 Stunde geputzt. Die Ausstattung war für 2 Personen gerade ausreichend. Der Grillrost war mit altem fett verkrustet. Abgesehen davon ist das Personal sehr freundlich, ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber.

Maison très bien entretenue et bien placée. Nous avons eu de la chance mais ce serait judicieux de proposer les emplacements possibles en ligne. Jardins et extérieurs très bien entretenus aussi. Ts les jours des agents polyvalents/jardiniers veillent. Supermarché à 100 mètres très pratique et ouvert 7/7. Possibilité d'adopter les quelques chats qui y vivent et sont nourris par une association U Fellinu. ça aussi l'accueil peut le préciser pour pourquoi pas repartir avec un chat. ++Locat° vélo

les 2 et 4 pat' sont bien reçus

Personnel compétent et agréable, magnifiques matous. Bon entretien du logement et des extérieurs, bonne literie, aménagement pratique du logement, belles prestations, un coin piscine invitant au farniente et un parking suffisant... Nous avons apprécié la grandeur du réfrigérateur et du congélateur, la présence du couteau à huîtres et du tire-bouchon, le barbecue. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit reposant.

Emplacement idéal

J'avais loué 2 maisonnettes pour 10 personnes et nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines. Emplacement idéal face à la piscine. Des locations très correctes (rénovées en 2017 mais il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur les finitions), proche des plages, un supermarché à 20 mètres pour les courses de dépannage, une résidence sécurisée avec parking privé. Un endroit que je recommande. Un plus non-négligeable : un accueil très agréable ! Par contre, ne pas se fier au GPS par rapport à l'adresse donnée...

Agréable séjour residence a suara

Très belle villa fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Pas de vis à vis avec les autres villa Agréable attention pour le panier d accueil avec des produits de producteur locaux La location de vélo à moindre frais un plus. Accueil de la responsable au top. Seul bémol, le ménage doit être renforcé. Cela reste anecdotique mais doit être signalé.

Schade.... richtig gut ist anders....

Ferienwohnung zwar sehr schön eingerichtet, aber alles SEHR SPARTANISCH! Alles genau abgezählt: 6 Tassen, 6 grosse Teller, 6 Suppenteller, etc..Dagegen ist es ein Witz, eine grosse Spülmaschine zu haben...wofür? Handspülen. Sehr reparaturanfällig: Türgriffe aus Plastik brechen ab, Deckel Klimaanlage fällt runter (zum Glück uns nichts passiert!) und der Chef/Boss ist in keinster Weise kooperativ. So kann man auch die Gäste bezahlen lassen. Trotz vertraglicher Zusicherung kein Internet, kein Netz!

Günstiges Ferienhaus im Spätsommer

Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in diesem Häuschen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Man lebt auf einem schönen, gepflegten Gelände und hat durch die Anordnung der Häuser doch seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unangenehm war der starke Toilettengeruch aus der Dusche. Wir haben uns damit geholfen, den Duschablauf nach jedem Duschen zu verstopfen. Was außerdem fehlt sind Fliegengitter, wenigsten in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten super Lage nah am Meer.

Schöne Anlage und Mini Villas in guter Lage, leider bei Ankunft nicht sauber.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Häusern entsprechend der Ausschreibung in guter Lage, ebenfalls wie beschrieben. Doch während wir gerade beim Einchecken schon die Endreinigung bezahlt hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Häuschen wohl nach der vorigen Vermietung keine Endreinigung erfahren hatte (Herd und Backofen verschmutzt, Kühlschrankwasserbehälter mit Schimmel, Badezimmerschränke mit Haaren der Vorbesitzer, Bettdecken mit Blutflecken und Haaren der Vorbesitzer, Schmutz unter den Betten). Die Dame an der Rezeption war wohl sehr freundlich, sprach aber zu wenig Englisch, um so etwas zu verhandeln. Da die Anlage sonst sehr gepflegt war, schätzen wir, dass nach dem vorigen Vermieter einfach keine Kontrolle erfolgt war, doch eine - ansonsten schöne - Ferienwohnung so zu übernehmen war nicht sehr schön.

Une résidence très bien placée, conviviale et fonctionnelle.

L'ensemble est composé de 6 maisonnettes avec une piscine (souvent a l'ombre malheureusement) de bonne taille. La résidence est en face d'une petite surface pour faire ses courses, à 1,5km de la mer (mais il est très facile de se garer et c'est gratuit!). La plage est grande et belle, avec des animations très sympas. Qq petits inconvénients comme l'odeur de la fosse septique dans la salle de bain (mais qui passe avec les bons produits), des ustensiles minimalistes dans la cuisine et les moustiques. Mais la clim, la gentillesse des autres familles, les petits jeux pour enfants, la piscine sont autant d'atouts que possède cette résidence familiale.

La photo avec piscine nous laissait espérer un séjour avec un logement idéal, mais hélas !

Logement situé dans une petite propriété fermée de six logements. Accueil très agréable et disponibilité irréprochable de la part de notre hôtesse. Mais surprise ! lors de notre séjour et de notre visite du logement. Espaces réduits inférieur à un mobil home, vaisselle et accessoires du quotidien inappropriés à un appartement., pas de possibilité de déjeuner à l'intérieur par temps de pluie, uniquement une terrasse extérieure. Arrosage de la pelouse toutes les nuits, impossible de laisser du linge à l'extérieur et de sortir pieds nus pour le petit déjeuner. Très bruyant avec la route à proximité et le passage incessant des véhicules. Ventilations haute et basse à la tête de lit qui ne vous laisse en aucun cas la possibilité de faire la grasse matinée. Loin du centre ville et de la plage. Nous ne recommanderons pas ce logement à des amis.

Maisonnettes refaites à neuf. D'un gout raffiné et moderne. Très bonne fonctionnalité. Cadre tres agréable. Beaucoup d'espace vert permettant de briser les vis à vis entre les 6 maisonnettes.
