"was there last year and room on 2nd floor this year too. there are steps down to the rooms yet the mini elevator that is used to bring your bags down those steps? out of order last year and this. not very convenient. yes, there is a luggage carrier outside this mini but now we have to unload the carrier, walk down the steps and then use the carrier left on 2nd floor. very inconvenient. the room was clean, just the bathroom needed the door cleaned. the shower?? best ever. and there were...
