"The house was larger than the photos suggested, it was very well stocked, and worked well for us. The owner checked in with us, which was nice, and we enjoyed hearing that the house had been in the family for a long time. The location was really perfect - a short walk to the beach, yet close to town and other attractions."

This year, the owner seems to have made more room by flattening some of the hilly sand for easier parking in driveway which was a pleasant surprise. "This was overall a great stay. The back patio is the best part of the property, screened in, comfortable, with nice dining area. Hot Tub is a nice addition. The upstairs beds are Doubles not Queens FYI. The kitchen needs some pots and serving bowls and some other small things. Location walkable to town. "

"It was cozy with 3 adults. The listing says it can accommodate 6 people, but I'd be very apprehensive about booking for 4 or more. In person you can quickly tell that the apartment is older than you'd guess from the pictures, but it is clean despite the visible signs of age. The balcony offered a better view of the water than you'd expect from a side unit. Worth considering if you want to stay directly on the beach without the crowds and chaos of Rehoboth and don't mind driving everywhere. It would be an ambitious walk to the restaurants of historic Lewes from here. This is not a "park your car for the week and forget about it" property, but the reserved parking spaces that come with the reservation do make driving convenient. I would recommend for a married couple with one to two young children or three adults max. Anything beyond that is going to feel congested. "

"Great view off the deck. Condo was small and cute. Bedrooms were a little warm at night as the AC was in the family room but using the fan or leaving the door open helped. "
