"Literal paradise….The owner Jack and property manager Kay were very responsive and helpful before and throughout our trip. We had a couple issues that they resolved quickly/same day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The dock and oceanfront view were outstanding.The water from the dock is beautiful, clear and tons of fish around the dock to watch. Snorkeling around the dock kept us busy, and the Swings in the water were also a big hit!Low tide happened 1-2 times times a day which changes how everything looks. You have a sand bar you can snorkel or walk to from the house.Plenty of seating with ocean views from the screen porch, dock, and the beach.The kayak trip to the blue hole from the house was awesome (make sure to take into account the wind coming back that part was a little rough but we were able to walk since it was low tide). Pizza oven on the porch was great, we had homemade pizza one night too! Cant wait to go back!"

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"

"What a fabulous first Exuma experience! We absolutely fell in love with The Tortuga House. The owners and property manager were phenomenal with their recommendations for anything we asked. We especially appreciated the stocked kitchen for cooking meals, comfy beds, fishing and snorkeling gear, kayak, and the STUNNING view! We were on the dock every evening after our excursions. This place is something special! BOOK IT!"

"The property worked just fine for us. It is on a beautiful beach with the most amazing water. The one thing that I would say is that the house could be updated a bit on the outside; possibly some fresh paint would do the trick. We would stay here again."
