"Staff didn’t seem super friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the number of guests checking in. Arrived at 5am, understanding that room checkin was at 3pm so waited patiently but saw other guests that came after requesting earlier check in who got bumped up ahead of me. Location is good though with access to public transport."

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."
