"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

"I stayed here on two consecutive weekends as I was attending performances at the Opera House, for which the hotel is very well located. It is also am easy walk from the train station. Recently modernised the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly and a special shout out to Anna on reception who went above-and-beyond in being so helpful."
