Excellent location and quiet room

Very comfortable bed and quiet room as required. The stuff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Every day exactly the same offers, no fish at all, but a good variety of rolls. The location is excellent if you want to go to the opera or city center

The room only has renovated the floor. Everything else is too old. And the bathroom is one of the oldest I've ever seen in a hotel at this price. It wasn't even clean. The shower gel bottle was empty and was never refilled during our stay. And the only thing in the sink was hair conditioner. Nobody checks that stuff? And when we checked in, they told us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and they had us sitting on a couch waiting for an hour and a half. The best thing about the hotel is its location.

Close to the Christmas market, nice hotelroom, spacious. We did had to park in a underground parking garage 5 minutes away which costs us 28 euros from Saturday till monday because the parking lot at the hotel was full but ofcourse it was very busy for the wonderful christmas market, so no problem for us. We had a wonderful stay thankyou!

Stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy my visit. Slightly disappointed with no fridge or kettle in the room but reception happily gave me a kettle they had as a spare 😂 24hour parking price is a little steep I thought but at least it’s secure.

Easy access for town centre

Very small room for 2 travellers for 3 nights, very limited storage, very poor lighting in room, awful view from window!! Free WiFi is a joke unless you pay for faster speeds.
