Being next door to another hotel and sharing lifts/pools/gym/entry was very confusing!!!

We were able to change our booking dates with no loss of money when lockdowns and I’ll health happened. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

As others have said, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC - marks on walls, some areas where there were deep scratches into the wall structure, soap scum still visible in the bathroom, shower corners had mould growth, dust accumulation around bottom areas of structures such as tables and beds. There was also no clear structure of how housekeeping works - despite the property rules stating that they will clean the rooms once a week, I had housekeeping provide change of towels 4 times in the first week, twice in the second week and nothing after that in my month long stay there. I don't feel the bedsheets were ever changed in my 30 day stay, and towards the end I had to request for more shower amenities because housekeeping had not returned since the second week of my 4 week stay.
