"Very nice room, comfortable beds & good air con. However the shower was not good.
24hr reception, very helpful staff.
Plenty of places to eat nearby & good location to reach Jesselton pier on foot.
Just be aware that the Gaya night food market is on both Friday and Saturday, if you have an early start next day it is noisy! If you don't, it's fun!"

"I was worried because the residence doesn’t have a reception, but communication was excellent, and the staff are nearby to respond quickly. The staff are very friendly, and the room is extremely clean and tidy. There are many places to visit nearby, so the location is great. It was the best accommodation."

"Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

"The room was comfortable and clean. It will be great if cloth hanger is installed inside the room and kiblat direction was labelled for muslim tourists."

"This hotel is beer centrally located - the drive to the airport was average 20 mins; the Suria shopping mall is a 3-5 min walk and the boat docking port to the islands (gaya island; Sapi island etc) is also 5 mins walk.
The staff were always really nice and smiling. The breakfast was definitely fresh and varied.
I would recommend staying here and booking the sea view room."
