"Great place for the price. Location is very good for beach activities. The restaurant and service were excellent. Typical tiny European room, but very nicely done, and with clean modern bathroom. Only negatives, the mattress and pillows were softer than we like, and the meat delivery to the butcher shop across the street at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, just an FYI. "

"This B&B is quite unique. The castle is carefully restorated both externally and internally. The owners collect objects from the 18 and 19 centrury which decorate the castle in a very time tipycally way. The park outside is partly like a wild djungle and includes foreign trees. The hosts are the castle owners, who cares a lot about our experience and helps us with restaurant booking etc. The breakfast is fantastic! It is not a buffe. "We liked that it was part of Accuielle Velo. The dining room was not open but meal trays were offered. This was helpful because we were traveling by bike and the hotel is somewhat remote. The meals were simply small microwaveable dishes, plus some extras. Better than nothing but not worth 23 euros apiece! That is absurd for what we got. We have had other boxed meals in France that were far better. Breakfast was only 11.50 Euros apiece and much higher quality. The hosts were very nice but I...

"The Chateau is amazing! The architecture is beautiful as are the guest rooms, drawing room and dining / breakfast room. The surrounding property and buildings are really interesting and shows its provenance as a former working farm. Our host Pascale was incredibly welcoming and warm. She made our stay so memorable. As an added treat, we met the Chateau owners Blair and Marty who happened to be visiting during our stay. Highly Recommended!! "

"Well located for trips out of town, but not ideal for heading in to town as it's quite a walk. A couple of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Breakfast a bit on the expensive side for what it was but overall a nice hotel."
