The accessibility to the mountains was fantastic we got to see everything we wanted to run the park but I know we missed a lot as well in our short stay..Next time we will be back and stay longer! Riverside Paradise was exactly what I had hoped for with our trip to the GSMNP! Townsend is truly the Peaceful Side of the Smokies. Easy drive to the Park entrance. The cabin was decorated beautifully, clean, & felt very private. The back porch was my favorite spot. Sitting on the porch swing, drinking tea, & watching the Little River. So relaxing. I highly recommend this VRBO.
