"The hotel was excellent. Check in was great. Gabby was very helpful in getting us a wonderful room that our grandson loved. The water amenities were perfect for all of us. Check out was at 10 but access to the amenities was still available til 2 pm. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We always stay here. Staff is great. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Pool inside and out was nice with a hot tub inside. This is where we will continue to stay."

"Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly but a little understaffed. The outdoor waterpark is open until 11 pm. Kids were screaming until at least 11 pm."

"Everything was good, one thing is when we did enter our room it was very humid and hot but once we got the air conditioning going it felt nice. Also pool is supposedly heated but the water was very cold. Overall nice hotel, would stay again!"
