"I was greeted by two lovely ladies who helped me check in. I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel free breakfast. Oh and the trolly was directly in front of the lodge and its free to Gatlinburg and a small fee to Piegon Forge! When checking out I was told when I rebook in the future, I'd get a 20% discount. To say the least, I was truly pleased and will restay here the next time I visit Tennessee!"
