"Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists."

We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. "Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place.
Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great.
