Parking was easy, breakfast was okay, rooms were clean, shuttle was right on time. I would stay again, the convenience of next to the airport is a huge factor for my choosing.

Quality Inn Rochester West
The cleanliness of this hotel was very questionable. The smell in the hallway was very mildew & the room we had smelled like cigarettes our whole stay , even the towels smelled. The bed had a huge deep dent in it & the blow drier was sticky. Nothing was clean about this place
