"I booked the small room and was surprised how spacious and comfortable it is. It’s a very old building, room is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast delivered to room each morning was convenient and delicious.

Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
"Air conditioning was broken, cheap fan in the room, eventually moved us to another room, not really acceptable for nearly £200. Property is pretty run down."

"Property was exactly as described, good beds, decent shower, nice kitchen. Double, twin, and single rooms available plus a small double sofa-bed - cosy but no issues. Plenty of parking and well located for Bicester or Oxford. Host responded quickly and helpfully. Would recommend. "

Would not have allowed my daughter (22!) to go down on her own to meet uber delivery! Disappointed after a 5 hr journey. Like i said, inside is really nice. "
