Im really glad I stayed in this hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms are great. Breakfast is good. The pool is small but nice! I also love that the hotel is disability friendly! I def want to stay there again!

I had a dispute or better found an issue at the poolbar. apon arrival we went to Roof top bar and askked for the menu. there are two option either you scan a barcode attached to each tabel or you you can aks for a paper menu as we did. we order a bottle of wine listed as 100 euro..I singed of thevbil without looking.. next day same issue wecarederen the same bottle of wine and other stufI and signed again of with a brief look. on my way out I realized that I saw 130 euro for the bottle. so I went back to make an argument.. I was told that the paper pricelistvwas the old one and the scanned pricelist was the new one. the price which was correct was the digital one. ai madecaxckaim that disagreed. some 20 minutes later I went down to the front desk and asked for the manager in charge. I was told that the manager was not available but that he/shecontact us . we did not hear nor got any feedback the next 24 hours. the next day same thing I made again my point a the rooftop bar and again had to sign of for 130 euro for the bottle of wine..That evening when returned from dinner we found a bottle of Cava and 2 glasses with a small note for the inconveniences. cava value 6 euro.. no call nor any message from management received. at checkout the next day we got one bottle of wine charged for 100 Euro, others at 130 .. remain lacking if the paper pricelist menu was old?? and if so an increase of 30% of wine questionable.. lacking any phone on personal touch a missed chance
