"We arrived at 8 a.m. after a flight change. I knew our room wouldn’t be ready, check‑in is at 3, but the difference in treatment was unbelievable. The two men ahead of us were greeted warmly, offered bag storage, and invited to enjoy the breakfast area. When it was our turn, the front desk staff member became instantly rude.
