We stayed here for a concert at the Zenith (10 minutes on foot). Very comfortable bed with good pillows. Clean and quiet. We would happily stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. No problem to cook and utensils and pots were sufficent. Their breakfast was good but maybe not worth that much money. Nice service and the people at the desk spoke perfect english.

A warm welcome and able to access room early which was brilliant as we were very tired and it was very wet weather. We loved the well equipped kitchenette in the room so we could cook dinner during our stay. Lift from outside car park up to reception wasn’t working but main lift in hotel up to rooms was fine.

Great aparthotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Well situated - both for walking into the city centre (<30 mins to Pont Neuf) and/or the metro etc Pool looked fab - but access is difficult if you are mobility-impaired. Bed was comfortable and small kitchen was well,equipped for prepping uncomplicated meals. Only downside? Smell from drains in the bathroom area. Toilet was fine - it was just the drains from the bath and sink that were pungent. All in all - great value.

The hitel is basic but clean amd a good base. Staff are very happy to help. The only issue was breakfast. It is not worth the money and on the 2nd day half the food wasnt put out. Best to go over the road to a bakers.

Excellent staff and helpful helpline

Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. Would happily stay here again when in Toulouse.

Great stopover hotel with free parking

Great overnight stopover. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Free car park was a bonus. We walked into town from here - about 30 mins. Only downside was mouse from the railway and the nearby airport but for one night, it was worth it.
