10/10 Excellent

"The company just took over this property and is in the middle of renovations. So half the property is unavailable, however the rooms are very nice and cozy, the breakfast was pretty good, the water temperatures are good, and the pool looked very nice. The spa was out of service and having the carpets in the center of the hall with hold down s on either side isn't ideal, but hopefully after renovation it will be living up to its potential fully."

"Cute little house for a two night stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, AC and heat worked great, comfortable beds with extra blankets, and the place was very clean and remodeled well and the backyard was large with plenty of seating. Only complaints were the bathroom was really small, you would not want to be a big guy on that toilet with how close to the tub it is. House was old and had kind of a funky musky smell especially in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom, we tried to burn a candle to cover it up but it really wasn’t a big deal. The house is also directly on a major road and can be loud even at night with sirens and what seemed to be street racing, one of the bedrooms faces that road and the person sleeping there had some trouble our second night. Driveway was also awkward to get in and out of but we have a modern car with good cameras on it so it wasn’t too hard to navigate but might be harder for someone with an older and larger car. Host was great! Communication was as prompt and clear, she delivered us some extra toilet paper and paper towels after we checked in because her cleaning person told her we might be running low. I’d be open to staying there again, the price was fair for what we got compared to other options in the area we needed to be in."

"Typically, I don't like to leave reviews, but on this time I have to do it,I want to understand for the price you can't spect too much, but was ridiculous, main door didn't latch had to force it, carpet floors completely duty black stains all around, bathroom door all duty by used the handle and touching it and not been cleaned you even see the fingerprints of others, remodel the mirror from large to small standing up you can't even see your face,they not even patch the glue that was applied when they installed the large mirror, I can continue mentioned bad things about this place but ones again for the price I shouldn't spect better, the pictures they have at the website should be updated nothing matches and get people confused and also all the reviews, I think they are all fake because decent people don't deserve that for cheap 100.00 dollars you get a decent place to sleep,Room 200, 05/26/26 Night, thanks ."

"Starting with Staff not finding my reservation made online. I received a room that was not suitable for guests. I was later charged extra $20 for having a friend over for dinner. Amenities were not clean and full of graffiti. Fridge, outlets covers and bathroom door lock missing. Had to place the 2 towels over the bed to try to get some sleep. Brought it up to the staff and moped the floor (dirty mop) really quick and that was it. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Never coming back here!"

"DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you are looking for a hooker hotel. O e morning some chick with her dress pulled up above her waist was screaming at the top of her lungs at some guy. Later some chick was going in an out of a room with a skirt that left half her booty cheeks out. It's in a super sketchy area. The pool was disgusting to which this is one of the reasons we booked. No microwave but a small fridge. The paint in the rooms needs fixing. You cant log into netflix on the TV even though there is an option. The air conditioning was lagging and the shower head needs to be cleaned. I can keep going but I dont have all day"

"Room was nice and I did not hear any other rooms unless they were really loud. Rooms were clean and it was very close to the county fair. The only downside is that there are not a lot of things to do nearby and you will need to uber. Also the hot tub, sauna and gym are very small so it may be uncomfortable if you are by yourself and no one else is there."
