Inside, the cozy living area includes a sleeper sofa and a smart TV, perfect for lounging or enjoying movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods included), making it easy to prepare meals and morning brews with a view.
Step out onto either of the spacious balconies for stunning water, beach, and pool views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. An outdoor grill is available for al fresco dining with a beautiful beach backdrop. And with convenient access to the building's gym, you can stay active even while on vacation.

To keep everything above board and ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we've got a few quick steps for you to breeze through:
-Verify Yourself: You might be asked to show us your official ID – don’t worry, it’s just to make sure you’re you! -Must be 25 years or older to rent our home! -Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed. -Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality! -Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.
Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.
Once you’re all set and verified, we’ll shoot over your check-in instructions faster than you can say “vacation time!”
Let the fun begin—your dream getaway is ready and waiting! 1. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm
3. Each room has ceiling fan remotes attached to the wall. Please do not remove these from the holder on wall. A lost remote will result in $200 charge per remote because the next guest will not be able to use the ceiling fan in that room.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund.
6. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.
10. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.
11. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).
12. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
13. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
15. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
16. By swimming in the vacation home pool and hot tub I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • My use of the pool facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the pool and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the pool and pool area; 2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, 3. INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES; TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area 4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property; That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

Our hosts were excellent! Great communication and super friendly and welcoming. The unit was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. Location was exceptional! We would come here anytime! Loved it!
Very nice property with beautiful grounds and pools. Derek was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Great location which is close to the beach and restaurants. Condo was well equipped for our stay and had great views of the beach.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, Derek and Lauren were awesome. They communicated well and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there again.
The condo was comfortably decorated with a peaceful, beach vibe. The space is expertly used and our family of 7 was very comfortable. We had easy access to the main large pool with a nice hot tub and wading pool for little ones. The hosts were very communicative with updates and tips. I felt very welcome in their property. A super bonus was great appliances - dishwasher and the combo washer/dryer ran through both cycles so you don’t have to switch the wash to the dryer! Such a luxury! Hope to come back soon!!!!
The complex is showing its age, but there are good amenities onsite, and the location is good, close to Galveston proper. There is no easy way to cross to the ocean, but the ocean is close. 3 bedrooms plus the bunk beds gave our group the sleeping arrangements we needed. The group area inside the condo was a bit small and we struggled a little to all eat together, but there was seating so we made it work. The owners were very responsive and were helpful in us sorting out some issues. I would recommend.
When her oncologist told my 90-year-old mother her her cancer was back, she had a bucket list trip in mind: to go back to Galveston. She first went there before she was two years old, and our family has been visiting for decades. Mom and her walker would not make it up the staircases in Galveston’s beach houses, so I was excited to find this condo. It was perfection —starting with an elevator for Mom, continuing with a heated pool for our November trip, & then its well designed 3- bedroom configuration for the 5 of us—-4 generations from 90 to 6. The nine and six-year-olds loved the bunkbeds tucked cubby-like into the wall across from their Mom’s bedroom. Our trip VIPMom had the master with the private balcony, and we all spilled out onto it—making her time there even more special. We had the beach across Seawall Boulevard almost to ourselves. Superhost Derek responded almost immediately before and during the trip to any questions we had. I knew this bucket list trip was a success when everyone dreaded the minute we had to go and we all vowed to come back — and keep up our family tradition of coming to Galveston. We will definitely stay here again!
